Cancellation, No‑Show & Late Arrival Policy

At His Hands Luxurious Doula Services, we respect both your time and ours. To ensure the best service for all clients, please review our policy below:

1. Cancellations:

• If you cancel your appointment within [insert time frame, e.g., 24 or 48 hours] of your scheduled time, you will be responsible for the full payment of the booked service.

2. No‑Shows:

• A missed appointment without notice will result in full payment being charged.

• After 24 hours, you will no longer be able to reschedule the appointment.

3. Grace Period & Late Arrivals:

• We provide a 10‑minute grace period for late arrivals.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled, and full payment will be applied.

4. Rescheduling:

• Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

• Appointments canceled or missed without proper notice (including arriving late beyond the grace period) will be considered a no‑show and charged accordingly.

• Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you experience an unexpected emergency, please contact us immediately. We may consider exceptions on a case‑by‑case basis.

• Communication: Clear communication is essential. Please review this policy at the time of booking, and do not hesitate to ask any questions or raise concerns in advance.

• Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as needed. we will do our best to update our clients.
